FoxTai aims to provide, in an immediate way, specific and articulated answers to the questions posed by your customers or in any case by any authorized user, on the most diverse topics. The basic components used by FoxTai are essentially two: WhatsApp, the most popular instant messaging app and Twilio, an American company that provides API systems to manage/build advanced IVR systems. Functionality

Question and answer, as simple as a Whatsapp

Passive mode: FoxTai sends messages of any kind to recognized users that do not involve interaction with users. Any examples? Sending order confirmations, progress status and any other information traceable to the archives your company makes available to us.

Method of interaction with the user: FoxTai provides for the definition of all the questions that the system, once interrogated, will recognize and the pattern of information, by selecting which it will answer. An example? From WhatsApp, by typing HELP, we will immediately obtain the command list which, as a recognized user, is available for asking questions. Choosing and typing the question, the WhatsApp notification allows FoxTai to categorize the question and instantly compose and send the answer. All question and answer traffic is scrupulously recorded in the history. Useful data to monitor and evaluate, for example: what are the most frequently asked questions or which customers use the service the most.
