The value of what has already accrued for the customer is available at any time, based on the turnover achieved and the contractual conditions established.

The calculation also takes into account any changes that may occur in the customer/supplier classification structure.

The liquidation process issues credit notes on the basis of the processed data and the “association” function links an incoming document (invoice, NdC) to the resulting accrual.

The pulverisation divides the final calculated contributions at month/customer/article level. The calculated data can be exported to the company management system by integrating the cost analysis or extracted in an Excel file.
